FINDING THE CHURCH BUILDING

Bethany is situated on the top of a hill on the north side of the Turkey River, and can be easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. Here's a quick guide for finding the church:

1. Find Bridge Street. It's one of the major streets in Elkader—the one that crosses over the beautiful limestone bridge in the center of town.

2. On the north side of the Turkey River,  about 3 blocks from the bridge, find 3rd street. There will be a sign that says 'Bethany Lutheran' with an arrow pointing the way.

3. Turn northwest on 3rd street, going up the big hill.

4. Bethany is at the top of the hill on the left side.

You can park in front of the church on the street, or behind the church in the parking lot.
